


Hi, I'm Gabby a yoga and pilates teacher based in Aberaeron and I've been in the fitness industry for nearly twenty years sharing my passion for movement and anatomy and helping people to get the most from exercise.
I aim to bring my knowledge and experience together to create fun, varied, inclusive classes and my approach to all modalities of exercise is about recognising that every body is different physically; the shape of our bones is as different as our fingerprints.
My goal is to educate and empower you so you can reap all the benefits of dedicated movement and learn to appreciate your body and accept your limits, whilst increasing your strength, flexibility and mobility AND regulate your nervous system using breathwork and meditation.
Please do contact me if you have any questions or concerns about starting yoga or pilates - everyone is welcome in class, regardless of experience and ability and we all benefit from exercising in a community setting.
