About the event
We all know balance is really important for our health and longevity but how do we get better balance?
This workshop will teach you some tips and tricks to improve your balance and they don't just involve standing on one leg whilst brushing your teeth!
We'll learn a little about the different systems involved in balancing and how we can implement them so that we can balance better. This is really functioanl stuff and useful for absolutely everyone, whether you practice yoga or not.
The workshop will include a short video with some of the exercises we talk about and try out during our time together and tea and cake afterwards.
