About the event
This afternoon is going to be one of relaxed yoga as we celebrate the Winter Solstice and embrace the season of hibernation, deep nurturing of ourselves and luxuriating in comfort and cosiness.
We'll do some yoga and meditation, indulge in warm wintery drinks and cakes adn end with a special winter themed yoga nidra for deep rest.
Gift bags are being supplied by Make It Quirky and will be specially created Winter ritual kits which I can't wait for you all to receive and use through the winter months!
